I have experience delivering website projects in collaboration with developers and designers, carrying out host and CMS migrations and launching sites of varying complexity, such as large-scale event platforms and digital archives. I create and publish written and visual content, maintain back ends with attention to SEO and language localisation, and manage e-commerce operations from order processing to shipping and customer support. I adapt quickly to new software and enjoy researching and implementing solutions to technical challenges.

I have been responsible for monthly newsletters and targeted email campaigns, handling every aspect from copywriting and layout to contact list organisation and growth in Mailchimp.
I also worked a high-volume customer service inbox, responding quickly to queries and complaints in both English and French.

I managed all social media channels for Sonic Acts (Instagram, X, Facebook, Telegram), growing their following through trend analysis, strategic content planning – with a focus on audiovisual and collaborative posts – and working with a graphic designer to establish a cohesive brand identity across platforms. I also managed online communities, interacting regularly with other accounts and responding to comments and messages.

I coordinated the creation and release of videos for YouTube and Vimeo, partnering with skilled creatives – such as camera operators, editors, animators, and sound technicians – to interview experts and promote or document events.

I led the production of multiple podcast episodes from concept to publication: developing strategy, coordinating guest speakers, and managing creative freelancers for recording, mastering, and cover design. I also handled episode descriptions, metadata, and distribution across listening platforms via RSS feed.

I have worked with external and international partners, communicating with and travelling to teams overseas to cross-produce and promote content.
